Review
KO Prime is the newest steakhouse to hit the Boston scene.  The ambiance is very chic and sophisticated, recently taking the space from old favorite Spire in the Nine Zero Hotel.  the menu is advertised as a "modern, creative interpretation of a traditional steakhouse", offering world class ingredients such as Kobe beef and Kurobuto Pork.  We thoroughly enjoyed our most recent visit where we sampled some Kobe Beef Shooters
and Chesapeake Bay Softshell Crab (back before the transition from Spire to KO Prime).  The wine list is impressive, and you will be enticed by the lighted stairway leading up to the dining room which showcases some of the available wines. Service was very good - very attentive but not overly friendly. Pricing is expensive, but on par with other restaurants of similar quality. Take a peak out the window for a great view of Granary Burial Ground, where patriots John Hancock,  Samuel Adams, and Paul Revere lay in their final resting place. -Mike & Kim
