Review
One of the newer restaurants on the Boston dining scene, Great Bay offers guests a contemporary atmosphere to take pleasure in some of the best seafood in the area. A modern design with very high ceilings, an island raw bar, and marine motif sets off this Hotel Commonwealth gem. The menu centers on seafood, and it does it to perfection. I had the best Clam Chowder I have ever had, and sampled the Lobster, Shrimp, and Halibut. Each were prepared traditionally with an inventive touch. Keep in mind that the menu changes daily, so you may have different options from Friday to Saturday. Pricing is high, but well worth the expense, as this is he best upscale seafood eatery in the city. Before heading out to Great Bay, check the Red Sox schedule, as parking, crowds, and traffic is dramatically affected on game days. Take an out-of-towner to Great Bay and a Sox game, and they’re sure to be impressed.  -Mike
