Review
The East Coast Grill provides guests with a fun, energetic, and informal environment, along with a great seafood and barbecue selection. The atmosphere is modern and colorful, loud and lively. The menu centers on seafood, with a great variety ranging from Blackened Bluefish to Grilled Crusted Mahi Mahi.  For the land-lovers, the East Coast Grill also offers a nice selection of smoked barbecue entrees. Our favorite items on the menu include the Chile-Glazed Seared Jumbo Shrimp & Scallops and the Texas-Style Sliced Beef Brisket. The service is friendly and informal, but waits can get very long on weekends as reservations are generally not accepted. Prices are very reasonable. Parking has been tough in the past, but the Grill now utilizes the Cambridge Nissan for nightly parking.
